MGT filed an 8K disclosing a vote to amend the company's by-laws to meet
certain procedures relating to gaming regulatory compliance matters.
Trading Commentary:
The sector closed a little off .5% while the overall markets had a slightly green
day.  There was significant volume in a couple names, which might have to do
with indices adjusting their holdings.
VHC saw 3X average volume and a number of reverse conversions throughout
the day.  There is no news driving the volume.  A CAFC decision on the case
against Apple is still pending.
VRNG closed down 5% after announcing a warrant agreement with three
institutional holders.  I provided my own commentary on the transaction that
