Trading Commentary:
The IP sector traded strong closing up .82% with ACTG
really leading the way.  Volume was noticeably light in
almost every name.
ACTG closed up 2% on below average volume.
INVT closed up 4% on below average volume and is
showing signs of a bottom after recent weakness.
SPEX reversed nicely this afternoon closing up another
2.4%.
TSRA was strong all day on below average volume hitting
a new 52 week high of $27.90 and closing just under at
$27.88.
WILN continues to be strong after a good earnings report
and reversal at the CAFC, closing almost another 1%
higher.
