ACTG announced a settlement and patent license agreement
with Vanguard Marketing under the Unified Messaging
subsidiary.
ACTG announced a settlement and patent license agreement
with Blackberry under the Cell & Network Selection
subsidiary.
NTIP announced a reexamination certificate on their
Remote Power patent.
RMBS released Q3 2014 Financial Results.
VRNG announced the CAFC has asked Google to respond
to the petition En Banc.
WILN announced a 2nd patent agreement with Panasonic,
with Panasonic assigning patents which cover vending
machines.

Trading Commentary:
The IP Investment sector again trading strong after a very
good week last week.  The sector closed up 1.48% for the
day.
IDCC had a very good day closing up 3.84% on near average
volume.
NTIP closed up 1.4% after announcing a reexamination
certificate was issued.
SPEX had a very strong day closing up 12%.  Shares have
been gaining traction lately ahead of the November
Markman opinion.
VHC closed up 15.6% on above average volume.  The
company filed their En Banc petition last week.
