| IDCC had a nice reversal from early losses in the morning closing up another | ||||

Acacia (ACTG) filed an 8k last night disclosing a settlement with Huawei under its Smartphone Technologies LLC subsidiary.
CopyTele (COPY) announced they have acquired a new patent portfolio that covers auction website technologies.
Worlds Inc (WDDD) announced that a Markman hearing has been set for October 3rd 2014 in Massachusetts against Activision.
Not a news related item, but today is the last day for H. Radar at the CAFC today. There are strong opinions that a decision on the Virnetx v Apple appeal could come today. I am on high alert and will have live coverage of the opinion shortly after it is released. We will see if it is released today.

| MGT filed an 8K disclosing a vote to amend the company's by-laws to meet | ||||
| certain procedures relating to gaming regulatory compliance matters. | ||||
| Trading Commentary: | ||||
| The sector closed a little off .5% while the overall markets had a slightly green | ||||
| day. There was significant volume in a couple names, which might have to do | ||||
| with indices adjusting their holdings. | ||||
| VHC saw 3X average volume and a number of reverse conversions throughout | ||||
| the day. There is no news driving the volume. A CAFC decision on the case | ||||
| against Apple is still pending. | ||||
| VRNG closed down 5% after announcing a warrant agreement with three | ||||
| institutional holders. I provided my own commentary on the transaction that | ||||
