6/13/2014 Market Wrap

Trading Commentary:
The IP sector traded down, mostly due to IDCC's preliminary loss at the ITC.
Just about everything else was relatively flat on fairly low volume.
IDCC received a negative preliminary decision at the ITC in their case against
Nokia & ZTE. Shares closed down 6.5% on very strong volume.  It will be
interesting to watch next week's trading after all of the recent news.
MARA traded to a new all time high after securing a favorable Markman
opinion & two IPRs not being instutited at the PTAB. Shares closed over $10
for the first time ever on significant volume. I will have complete coverage
next week.
VRNG continues to trade very strong after it bounced off the $3.00 level. Shares
closed up another 4%+ on average volume.
