News:
ACTG was initiated at overperform by Northland with a
$23.00 price target.
ITUS announced they have filed a new lawsuit against Apple
under their Secure Web Conference subsidiary.
VHC announced they will hold a conference call tomorrow
9/19/2014 at 9am EST.

Trading Commentary:
The IP sector traded relatively flat mostly as
a result of VHC losses.
ACTG recovered yesterday's losses and had new coverage
published by Northland. Shares closed up 1.8% on average
volume.
IDCC rallied higher 1.7% on average volume.
MARA recovered in the afternoon after being weak almost
all day.  Shares closed slightly green on average volume.
MGT shares continue to be weak after rallying to nearly $2
recently.  Shares closed down nearly 7%.
VHC shares continued to struggle post the CAFC opinion &
appears to be trying to bottom.  The company will host a
conference call tomorrow morning at 9am.  I will try to post
some notes in the afternoon.
