12/9/2013 PIPCO Pre-Market News

Acacia (ACTG) entered into a settlement agreement with Broadsoft.  Acacia also opened a Houston office to focus on their energy portfolios.

 Spherix (SPEX) launched litigation agatins AT&T under their Guidance IP LLC subsidiary for patent #5,719,584.  Spherix sued T-Mobile with this same patent in August 2013.

    I think the Series D note holders will sell into any volume rally.
