News:
SPEX settled their case against AT&T
VHC put out a release this morning announcing the
markman and MSJ on invalidity.
Filings:
FNJN filed their 2Q 10Q
PRKR filed their 2Q 10Q
Trading Commentary:
The IP sector traded very well all day as the overall
market traded slightly positive today.
IDCC was strong all day and looks to be firming up after
last week's 2Q results.
SPEX traded higher after it was discovered that the
company's subsidiary Guidance IP settled their case with
AT&T.  Shares closed up 17% on the day.
VHC closed up 4.4% after they announced the results from
last Friday's filings in Texas.
