News:
ACTG announced that Sharp has entered into 3 patent
license agreements with their subsidiaries.
BCYP announced they have closed a $1.42M cash raise
from existing shareholders.
DSS announced they will be presenting at the 2014
Gateway Conference on September 4th.
ENIP announced they have settled with Sensus USA
VRNG announced they will be filing an En Banc petition.

Trading Commentary:
The sector closed slightly positive up .22% with volume
finally returning in a handful of names.
INVT had a fantastic day on high volume.  Shares closed
up 24%.  I am not aware of any news that would move
the shares higher.
MARA had very large volume all morning, which slowly
tapered off at noon.  Shares were up nearly 6% all day
before closing the day only up 2.5%.  I saw a case dismissal
in the CRFD subsidiary with Time Warner, which should
be another settlement.
MGT was sharply higher all morning before fading in the
afternoon.  Shares closed down 2%.
TSRA made a new 52 week high at $29.63 shortly after the
open.  Volume on the day was below recent averages and
shares closed slightly down .27%.
VHC saw a spike down in the afternoon on about 100,000
shares to $13.60.  The stock quickly recovered and closed
down 3.6%.  I am not aware of any news responsible for
the move down.
