News:
FNJN provided a litigation update, which included the
Markman order being published in their case with Blue
Coat.
OTIV announced that their NFC readers are compatible
with Apple Pay.

Trading Commentary:
The sector again traded higher with ACTG and IDCC leading
the way.
ACTG closed up 3.5% on above average volume.  The
company will report earnings tomorrow after the close.
FNJN closed up 3% after the company announced a
Markman opinion was issued in their case against Blue Coat.
IDCC closed up 1.6% as their case against ZTE proceeds
in Delaware.
MGT closed up 11.5%, continuing to recover from recent
lows.
OTIV closed up 8.2% on strong volume after the company
announced their NFC readers are compatible with Apple
Pay.
RMBS closed down 7.9% on heavy volume after reporting
earnings yesterday after the close.
VHC managed to close flat after being up nearly 6% at one
point this morning.  The company was granted a new US
Patent today.
