MGT announced the launch of the first daily fantasy sports
platform on Facebook.
Spherix provided a litigation update.

Trading Commentary:
The IP investment sector did not participate very well with
the broad market rally today, closing up .65%.
CRDS traded very well through 11am EST and then saw
consistent selling. Shares did close green, up 1.5% although
near the low of the day.
MGT had a very volatile day opening up strongly to $1.14.
Shares quickly started selling off the rest of the day closing
down 19% for the day.
OTIV continues to rally off recent lows, closing up 5% for the
day. A bullish article was published on seekingalpha.com
for the second day in a row.
SPEX traded higher again today after providing a litigation
update this morning. Shares closed up 2.5%.
STRP is another name that continues to have trading
volatility. Trading started out very strong in the morning,
quickly moving over $21. Shares remained flat for most of
the day until around 2:30pm where selling accelerated.
Shares closed down 5%.
VRNG closed up 3% on below average volume. Amicus
briefs have been filed this week, with the filing period set
to close at the end of October. All briefs should be viewable
by November 3, 2014.
