urging the company to increase shareholder value.

Trading Commentary:
Vringo traded down 6.5% on 6M shares.  Shares continue to be weak
after their oral CAFC hearing in their case against Google.
Virnetx shares opened over $15 after a legal filing came out last night
Trading Commentary:
related to Google being subpoenaed by Apple.  There was rampant
speculation across investor boards and twitter.  I view it as a non-event
which the market later agreed with me as shares closed at the lows
of the day.
Spherix saw abnormal activity likely due to a trading group on twitter
actively trading the security.  I am hopeful any overhead that might
have been left was cleaned out.
