Vringo (VRNG) announced the District Court in Mannheim issued a decision in the patent infringement lawsuit against ZTE under European Patent 1186119 ('119) against ZTE. The order issues an injunction against ZTE from offering and distributing the infringing devices. A declaratory ruling stating ZTE must pay back damages to Vringo for past infringement since June 2006. The ruling is subject to Appeals and validity will be handled in a separate court.
