COPY announced they raised $4M in a registered direct offering.

Trading Commentary:
The sector traded down 1% mostly in sympathy with the overall
market.  There was not much meaingful news to report today.
COPY traded down only 2% on very high volume after announcing
they raised $4M at $.24.  It will be on watch to see if it can absorb the
additional dilution.
INVT traded down again even after they announced their first
monetization campaign this morning.  Shares closed down 8%. The
company needs to find a buyer to absorb the constant bleeding in the
daily trading.  It is very painful to watch.
MGT finally stopped bleeding today with volume picking up in the
afternoon.  Shares closed up over 14% on high volume.
PRKR  closed down 6% on moderate volume.  The company held an
analyst day in NYC this morning and published a very detailed
investor presentation.
