IDCC announced they will release Q2 earnings on August 7, 2014
RMBS reported Q2 results beating estimates.  Q3 guidance came
in below expectations. Shares are down a little over 3.5% in AH trading.

The IP sector was mostly flat to slightly negative in conjunction with the
overall market.
ACTG closed down 5% on above average volume. The company is
scheduled to release earnings on Thursday after the close.
TSRA closed up over 5% on above average volume after coverage was
initiated at Craig-Hallum with a buy and $30 price target.
