NTIP announced they were granted a new patent under their COX
portfolio

Trading Commentary:
The sector traded flat today even with the broad markets selling off.
ACTG was the clear leader closing up 16.75% and significant volume.  I
noticed volume in just about everything else was extremely light even
for a summer Friday.
BCYP continues to trend higher closing up 4% on 4X average volume.
Shares have been strong recently after the company announced they
were hiring more staff for their core business operations.
INVT closed up 5% on below average volume. The stock continues to
bottom after consistent selling post-merger.
VHC closed down another 2% on light volume. Shares continue to be
weak ahead of the pending CAFC opinion.
