Blue Calypso (BCYP.OB) the Patent Trial Appeal Board ruled to institute three out of five Inter Partes Reviews yesterday. The remaining 2 will be ruled on by 2/26/2014. A stay on the District court case could be issued pending a final ruling at the PTAB. This is a new feature of the AIA of 2011.

Interdigital (IDCC) received a final determination at the ITC in regards to their case against Nokia, Huawei and ZTE. IDCC plans to appeal.
