| The sector traded up almost 2.5% in a flat broad market mostly due | ||||
| to the IDCC news last night and early this morning closing up 6%. | ||||
| DSS traded up 9.5% on strong volume likely due to a seekingalpha article | ||||
| that was published last night. I posted some comments on the article, | ||||
| which I thought was mostly nonsense. I expect shares to head lower | ||||
| as the momentum players move on. Until the stay is lifted in the Bascom | ||||
| case, I think an investment is tough and there are better options for new | ||||
| money. | ||||
| MGT shares closed flat on average volume after being down close to 4% | ||||
| in early trading. A Form 4 was filed by the CFO with a purchase of 7,000 | ||||
| shares in the open market. | ||||
| VHC shares were strong almost all day on average volume. The company | ||||
| held its annual shareholder meeting, which I heard went well. There | ||||
| should be detailed reports later tonight or tomorrow. A handful have | ||||
| already been posted on investorvillage.com | ||||
| VRNG shares spiked on volume after Dan Ravicher published a tweet | ||||
| with a document filed by VRNG to the CAFC in regards to the recent | ||||
| decision on Laches by SCOTUS. | ||||
