News:
ITUS filed new patent infringement cases against Ebay,
Vendio, and Auctiva.
MARA announced an IPR on their Vantage Point portfolio
was not instituted for review.

Trading Commentary:
The sector traded higher today mostly being led by OTIV.
Volume continues to be very light.
MARA closed up 6.6% on above average volume after this
morning's press release and likely in conjunction with the
acquisition disclosed last Friday after hours.
MGT was all over the place today on above average
volume.  Shares almost breached $2.00, but fell short,
reversing and closing at the low of the day down 9%.
OTIV has been consistently strong after it was rumored
that Apple will be releasing a mobile payment system.
