Networks under its Labryinth Optical subsidiary.
ITUS announced settlements with Atrium, Pella, Ply Gem,
and Simonton under its J-Channel subsidiary.

Trading Commentary:
The sector traded very well again today closing up 1.29%
after a big day yesterday.
INVT gave up some of its gains yesterday closing down
10%.
MARA was strong all day again, hitting a new 52 week high
of $14.95 on almost 3X average volume.  Shares closed at
$14.77 up 5.8% on the day.
RMBS had a strong day on average volume closing up 3%.
