News:
ITUS announced a restructing of their convertible debt with
Adaptive Capital.
OTIV announced mobile payment solutions that support
older versions of Apple iPhones.

Trading Commentary:
The IP Investment sector had a very strong rally after a
disappointing day yesterday, closing up almost 2%.  It was
a very big day in a number of names.
CRDS closed down 6.5% on average volume after the
company released FQ3 2014 earnings last night.
INVT had a very strong day closing up 26% on 14X average
volume.  Trading groups on twitter were extremely active
and believe the company holds NFC patents (I don't believe
they do).  It will be interesting to see the trading tomorrow.
MARA hit a new 52 week high of $14, closing right below at
$13.95 up 13%.  Volume was almost 5X average volume.
NTIP hit a new 52 week high at $2.23 on 4X average volume.
OTIV opened quickly to a new 52 week high of $5.00 up 40%
on extra high volume after this mornings press release.
Shares spent the rest of the day consolidating the move
closing up 7%.
VHC was strong after the court in E. Texas denied MSFT's
motion to stay the case and granted VHC's motion to
file a Summary Judgment on invalidity.  Shares closed up
over 6% on 2X average volume.
