News:
Finjan (FNJN) filed a patent infringement lawsuit in Northern California against
Sophos upon six Finjan patents.
Virnetx (VhC) a filing in the 2nd lawsuit against Apple denied an extension to file
claim construction briefings. A Markman hearing is scheduled for 5/8/2014.
