On Track Innovations (OTIV) announced they have sold their German subsidiary Intercard Systems to an undisclosed private party. OTIV will receive $700,000 Euros upfront and future debt payments.

Virnetx (VHC) oral hearing is still scheduled for this morning. I did not attend due to poor travel conditions from the ice/snow. A recording will be made available through the court system.
